Know all men by these presents: That Emma Dunn, William Stineman, George Stineman, Edward Steinman, Ella Reinhardt, Dora Kautz, Rosa Newton, Sophia Lucas, Charles Stineman, Josie Stineman, Mary Stineman, and Oliver Stineman, (being all the heirs at law of J.L. Stineman, deceased, except the grantee herein David A. Stineman) in consideration of FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY THREE & 85/100 ($4393.85) DOLLAS to them paid by David A. Stineman and Stella Stineman; the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey to the said David A. Stineman, and Stella Stineman their heirs and assigns forever, the undivided twelve thirteenths of the following described Real estate, Situate in the County of Brown, in the State of Ohio, and in the Township of FRANKLIN, on the waters of the west Fork of Straight Creek and baing a part of Survey of 1000 Acres made in the name of William Langburns heirs, No. 12568; Beginning at an Oak and Hickory The N.W. corner of Survey No. 4019; thence N.9"W.122 poles to a Maple and Gum N.E. corner of hurons Survey No. 4020; thence with a line of said Survey S.80" W.96 poles to a stone witnessed by two ashes; thence N.12" W105 poles to a stake in the original line; thence with said line S.63.5" E.221.8 poles to a leaning, Hickory, pin oak and a small white Oak, Shaffer's corner in said line; thence with Shaffers line S.108 poles to two buroaks (sic.) and a pin oak in the line of Survey No. 4019; thence with said line N.89" W. 64 poles to the Beginning, CONTAINING One hundred acres be the same more or less.

SECOND TRACT: - Beginning at a stone in a county road in the original line of the survey; thence with said line N.81" E.95 poles to a gum and maple N. corner of the Survey; thencee with another line of the Survey S.90" E.40 poles to a stone and Oak & Hickory; thence woth (sic.) a line of Francis Hauck S.81" W.122 1/2 poles to a stone in said road corner to said Hauck; thence with said road N.26" E.49 poles to the Beginning, CONTAINING Twenty seven acres and thirty poles of a survey of 200 acres made in the name of James Harriam by N.4020, Lying on the waters of Straight creek in the County and State aforesais (sic.),

SAVE AND EXCEPT out of the above described Real Estate about three acres conveyed to W.L. Kautz And all the Estate, Title and Interest of the said Emma Dunn, William Stineman, George Stineman, Edward Stineman, Ella Reinerdt (sic.), Dora Kautz, Rosa Newton, Sopha (sic.) Lucas, Charles Stineman, Josie Stineman, Mary Stineman, and Oliver Steinman, either in Law or Equity, in and to said premises Together with all the priveleges and appurtenances to the same belonging: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the only proper use of the said David A. Stineman, and Stella Stineman, their heirs and assigns forever.

An the said Emma Dunn, William Stineman, George Stineman, Edward Stineman, Ella Reinerdt (sic.), Dora Kautz, Rosa Newton, Sopha (sic.) Lucas, Charles Stineman, Josie Stineman, Mary Stineman, and Oliver Steinman, for themselves and their heirs, executors and administrators, hereby Covenant with the said David A. Stineman and Stella Atineman (sic.), their heirs and assigns, that they are the true and lawful owners of said premises, and have power to convey the same; and that the title so conveyed, is Clear, Free and Unincumbered, and Further that they will Warrant and Defend the same against all claims of all persons whomsoever;

IN WITNESS THEREOF The said Emma Dunn, William Stineman, George Stineman, Edward Stineman, Ella Reinerdt (sic.), Dora Kautz, Rosa Newton, Sopha (sic.) Lucas, Charles Stineman, Josie Stineman, Mary Stineman, and Oliver Steinman, and J.E. Dun husband of Emma Dunn, Clara Stineman wife of George Stineman, Catherine Stineman wife of Edward Stineman, Louis Reinardt (sic.) husband of Ella Reinardt (sic.), J.E. Kautz husband of Dora Kautz, George R. Newton husband of Rosa Newton, C.C. Lucas husband of Sopha (sic.) Lucas and Mary Stineman, who hereby release all their right and expectancy of Dower in said premises, have hereunto set their hands this 4th day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven,
